To ensure a calm and personalized experience, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment without additional guests. This allows us to give you our full attention while keeping the space peaceful and comfortable for everyone.
All new clients are required to complete a Hair History Questionnaire prior to their appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This helps us understand your hair’s unique needs and ensures we provide the best personalized experience based on your requested service.

APPPOINTMENTS
- You will receive an automatic confirmation text and email 24 hours before your appointment.
- Shampoos are free with all services. If you would like a shampoo, please be sure to add it when booking your appointment so we can allow the proper time. Add ons are prohibited 48 hours before appointment time.
- Please arrive with dry hair extensions for your appointment to ensure we can provide the best service possible.
- Wet or damp hair, the appointment will be automatically canceled

DEPOSIT POLICY
A $20 or $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the end of service and can be paid via Zelle or Tap Pay only. Cash is not accepted.

LATE ARRIVALS / OFF DAYS
Punctuality is crucial for ensuring that all clients receive the best possible service. A late fee of $25 will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. Furthermore, if you are not present in the chair within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, we will have to cancel your appointment without exceptions. This policy helps us maintain a timely schedule and respect the time of all our clients.
Before and After Hour Appointments are $50 extra. Books close at 5 pm ( you must contact me for before/after hour appointments) Any appointment after 5PM or before 9AM will be $50 fee.
Off Days are Sundays ( if you would like to request these days there is a $150 fee on top of original price )
Holidays are $50 fee

You will receive a confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. All clients must confirm or cancel at that time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-call / no-shows are unacceptable and will result in being banned from future bookings.
- Deposits may only be applied to a new appointment within the same month as the original booking. Reschedules outside of timeframe will require a new deposit.

Lace Services - it is required that you drop off your hair/wig at least 2–3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures we have adequate time to prepare and provide the best results for your service.
Color Services - please ensure your hair is dropped off at least 5 days in advance. We recommend dropping it off a week ahead to allow ample time for preparation.
Please note: We cannot accept hair for coloring if it has been previously colored unless you have consulted with our stylist for a potential color correction service. This policy ensures we maintain the quality of our work and deliver the best possible results.
